Information on Duties:
Saturday
Duty Team(s): 9A & 11D (Ground Setup, 7:30 - Close)
Ground Control: TBA
Each home team to provide 1 person to wear Association Vest beside ground whilst their game is in progress. Managers to wear managers jacket or armbands during all games.
Canteen: - from 7:30am
Clean toilets before games start. At end of day sweep under clubhouse and change rooms.
Barbeque: from 8.00am to end of day.
Ground Marking: at 7.00 am
Put recycling bins near rubbish bins. Bring in at end of day.
Please put new John Glen's sign on fence & bring in at end of day.
Sunday
Duty Team(s): SWE (7:30 - Close)
Ground Control: TBA
Each home team to provide 1 person to wear Association Vest beside ground whilst their game is in progress. Managers to wear managers jacket or armbands during all games.
Canteen: Canteen from 7:30 am all day. Barbeque from 8.00am all day
Ground Marking: at 7.00 am
Put recycling bins near rubbish bins. Bring in at end of day.
